If you received your shirt and have decided you wanted a bigger size, don’t like it, or it doesn't bring out your eyes the way as you thought it would, please send it back and we’ll replace it, exchange it, give you store credit, or issue you a full refund.
The choice is completely yours.
Furthermore, we take full responsibility for the quality of our products. We build the best quality garments anywhere, but it could not be exactly perfect. If you have received your shirt and there's something wrong with it, we’ll fix it. If you wash it and the printing fades we’ll fix it. If you wash your shirt and it shrinks to the size of doll garment (this has never happened) we’ll fix it. If you feed your shirt after midnight and it generates other evil versions of itself that try to take over your town during Christmas (this has only happened once), we’ll fix that as well.
The bottom line is that we've all been on the other side of the purchase. We know what it’s like to get jerked around by a company that doesn't care at all about the customer. That will never be us. We can’t promise that we will never screw up. We can promise we’ll always make it right, and we’ll do so without putting you through the ringer.
To Return an Item:
1) Write down what you’d like us to do (Send a larger size, give you store credit, give you a refund, etc.) on a piece of paper.
2) Send the item(s) you are returning along with your note to:

Once we receive the item(s) we will either credit you back minus what it cost us to ship it to you, or send out your replacement item(s) depending on what you choose to do.

Orders are delivered via FedEx within the continental US. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be delivered via FedEx or United States Postal Service. Orders sent to Canada and International addresses will be delivered using United States Postal Service. All orders will be delivered within 1 to 14 business days. Delivery cannot be made to post office boxes, a physical address must be used. To track your order, enter your tracking number at usps.com or fedex.com depending on the method of shipment for your area, or use the link in your order confirmation email to directly link to the carrier's site for tracking.
